Chocolate easter tart

Hello 🙂 For easter, I did this Chocolate easter tart. It’s so yummy !!

Easter chocolates tart

INGREDIENTS

  • Hazelnut crust
    • 100g flour
    • 50g hazelnut powder
    • 40g sugar
    • 60g vegan butter
    • 1 tsp hazelnut butter
    • 10g water
    • 2 tbsp cocoa
    • 1 pinch of salt
  • Creamy white chocolate and praline
    • 150g white chocolate
    • 80g vanilla soy milk
    • 50g of praline
    • 1tsp. cornstarch
    • 30g vegan butter
    • 1 pinch of salt
  • Chocolate ganache
    • 170g chocolate
    • 170g vegan cream (I use rice cream)
    • 40g margarine
    • 1 pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Make the pie crust.
    • Combine together the dry ingredients. Add the vegan butter and the hazelnut butter. Mix and bring together with your hands until a dough forms. Add the water and form a ball of dough.
    • Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper. Line a greased pie pan (20cm). Put at 180°C for 15min.
    • Remove from the oven and allow to cool before filling.
  • Make the white chocolate / praline cream.
    • In a saucepan, put the white chocolate, soy milk, salt and cornstarch. Stir while it melts. When the chocolate is melted, stir again for 1 min.
    • Remove from the heat and add the vegan butter. Stir to combine and add the praline.
    • Pour into the baked pie crust. Place the tart back into the fridge to set fully. (about 1h30)
  • Make the chocolate ganache.
    • Heat the cream until boiling. Pour over the chocolate and vegan butter, stir until well combine. Add a pinch of salt.
    • Pour over the creamy white chocolate and place the tart back into the fridge to set fully.
