Here is my recipe of pear pie.

Pear Pie

INGREDIENTS

  • 120g Buckwheat flour
  • 80g Hazelnut powder
  • 20g cornstarch
  • 30g Brown sugar
  • 50g vegan butter
  • 10g Hazelnut butter
  • 40g water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt
  • 20 Biscoff cookie
  • 3 tbsp soy cream
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 2 pears
  • Brown sugar
  • Vegan butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Dough
    • Mix the dry ingredients together then add the margarine and the hazelnut butter. Mix well and add the water.
  • Biscoff cookie paste
    • Put twenty Biscoff cookie 5min in the oven at 180°C.
    • Mix it then add 3 tbsp of soy cream and 1 tbsp of neutral oil.
  • Assembly
    •  Roll out the dough, spread the biscoff cookie paste on the dough, put the pears cut into strips then fold the edges of the dough. Sprinkle with brown sugar and put a few pieces of margarine on the pears.
    • Bake 35 min at 180 ° C.
